Olivia is an accomplished dancer, choreographer and dance educator and recent Masters Degree Graduate. Olivia has been dancing since she could walk. She has received her Advanced 2 certificate in ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance, and has completed all advanced levels of tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, musical theatre and more. She has studied at some of the top training facilities in New York, Los Angeles & Paris including: Broadway Dance Center, Steps, The Edge, Millenium Dance Complex, Movement Lifestyle and more. She has had the opportunity to work with many of the choreographers from the hit television show "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Dancing with the Stars" including: Mia Michaels, Stacey Tookey, Mandy Moore, Willdabeast, Alison Holker, and many more.


Olivia was chosen as a BC Provincial delegate 3 times, and has competed at National levels in New York and Las Vegas (placing in the top 5 dancers and overall top 1 percentile of the competition). She was also the recipient of the prestigious RCM Silver Medal Award for achieving the highest mark in the province for her grade 7 voice examination under the direction of Terry Logan.


Professionally, Olivia has performed leading roles in numerous productions throughout the region and has appeared at Radio City Music Hall in a production choreographed by Dan Karaty & Mandy Moore. In the summer of 2009 Olivia also sang with the National Arts Center Orchestra in Ottawa for part of the prestigious Canada Day celebrations at both Parliament and the National Arts Center. Recently, Olivia was selected to partner with SYTYCD Season 2 winner Benji Schwimmer in a Cha Cha dancing demonstration. Olivia has also performed in shows choreographed by Blake McGrath (SYTYCD, DanceLife), Kherington Payne (Fame), Napoleon and Tabitha D'umo (SYTYCD, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey), Stephen t-Witch Boss (SYTYCD, The Ellen Degeneres Show). Olivia has also performed in a music video that was choreographed and directed by Kenny Wormald (Footloose) and Misha Gabriel (Step Up Revolution) and at a global conference choreographed by Stacey Tookey (SYTYCD).


As a choreographer, Olivia has had the pleasure of working with the Queen Silver Star Excellence program for the past 5 years in creating opening numbers for their fashion show and proclamation, as well as staging the annual fall fashion show. Olivia's choreography has also been presented at a global conference in Stockholm, Sweden in the same room that the Nobel prizes are handed out each year, alongside a piece choreographed by Emmy award nominee Stacey Tookey.


As an instructor, Olivia's students have won numerous awards at a variety of competitions, conventions and festivals around the world. Most recently, students from SODANCE Vernon placed 1st at the Dance World Cup in 2015, 1st place overall contemporary routine in 2016, and 1st place overall Age 15+ Group. Olivia has also been the recipient of many choreography awards from regional and national competitions. Many of Olivia's students have also been chosen to receive scholarships to train and perform in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, New York, Paris & Barcelona.


Olivia is the new Director of SODANCE Vernon and looks forward to continually inspiring the dancers at the studio to strive for the best they can achieve in all facets of their lives!













Wendy and Bill have over 20 years teaching experience behind them working with students of all ages and levels. They have taught students across the globe giving master classes, workshops and choreography sessions for notable establishments such as: The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Vancouver's Goh Ballet, Alberta Ballet, Steps (NYC), The Royal Academy of Dance, DEA (NYC), Dance Olympus and more. They have watched with pride many former students pursue professional dance careers all over the world achieving success in Broadway shows, major films, television productions, ballet companies, cruise ships & theme parks. They have also served as adjudicators for regional and national level competitions across North America.


As professionals they have been long term members to the professional industry unions such as C.A.E.A., A.E.A., A.C.T.R.A. and have worked in countless professional productions such as: Cabaret, Chicago, Disney's Honey I Shrunk The Kids, 21 Jumpstreet, S.C.T.V., West Side Story, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Damn Yankees, Booker, Footloose, Tommy and so many more. Many of these productions have allowed them the opportunity to work with such names as: John Travolta, Johnny Depp, Eugene Levy, Martin Short, Rick Moranis, and the late Leslie Nielsen & John Candy. Wendy & Bill have also worked with many productions for the UN in countries such as Germany, Egypt, Cypress, & Israel.


In September of 2003 they formed To The Pointe Productions Inc and Shuswap Okanagan Dance Academy, and over the past years they have built up a strong reputation for fine training and guidance. Their students have received many awards and achievements including: USA Nationals overall high score winners (Las Vegas), USA Nationals finalists (New York), 8 times BC Provincial delegate nominations, multiple scholarship award winners, 100% success rate with exams, multiple medallion, trophy, and high score winners.


As of January of 2016 Wendy & Bill have passed on the ownership of the studio to Olivia & her company, Rhythm & Grace Productions Inc operating as SODANCE Vernon. Wendy & Bill are looking forward to watching Olivia seamlessly step into the role of owner at SODANCE Vernon.
